Routine Service and Repair

 

For a cost of £40.00 per hour plus parts and travel expenses we will call at your home or business and carry out a service to repair minor faults on your Pinball Machine, and carry out a general clean and service. Normally 2 hours is sufficient to fix most faults and carry out a general clean and service. Should further work be required we will advise you of time and parts required and of course an estimate of the cost.

If you want particular parts and/or rubbers replaced, this may take longer, so please advise us in advance if you require something in particular.

We carry a very large range of spares with us on each visit, so chances are we’ll have the parts to get you going. If you know a particular part needs replacing then let us know in advance, just to be sure we have it with us !!

Guide price ( 2 hours labour and 10miles from base ) = £88.00 plus parts

Guide price ( 2 hours labour and 120miles from base ) = £186.00 plus parts

We will always provide a more accurate estimate when you have supplied your address and machine details.

Deep Clean Service

 

A more in depth service is available, and we would be pleased to quote on an individual basis.

 

Engineer for a Day

 

Lucky enough to have more than one machine, and they all need a little bit of attention ? Depending on your location, you can simply ask for an engineer to visit and spend 6 –8 hours working on your machines.

 

Guide price = £300.00 plus travel costs and parts

 

Bring Your Pin to Us for Repair

 

We now have plenty of workshop space at Pins HQ in Chesham. If you can get your machine to Chesham under your own steam, then we will repair it there, and charge only the normal hourly rate and parts. This is particularly useful, if you live in Scotland and own a haulage company :-) If you think your machine needs lots of work, this is the best option, as we can restore your machine in small chunks of time, and order up bits as required. Machines MUST be pre-booked in for repair. If the faults are minor, then we may be able to repair ‘While you Wait’

 

 

 Travel expenses are calculated by total return mileage from our base in LEATHERHEAD, SURREY to your address @ 40p per mile. For accurate quotes please make sure you include your postcode in correspondence.
